How much does it cost?
Ballpark from €4,500. The price depends on roles, what you need to track and links to other software. After we map your process, we fix a staged price in writing — you see each stage’s cost before it starts.
How long does it take?
Usually 6–10 weeks to a working first version. Bigger systems go in stages — each stage has its own date and price.
We already have an old program. What happens to it?
Nothing breaks overnight. The new program starts next to the old one; we move part by part. The old system keeps running until each new piece is checked. If you need a link between them, we set it up.
Why not just buy a ready-made CRM?
A ready-made CRM comes with its own way of working — you adapt to it, and half the buttons are not about you. Here the program follows your process. And if a ready-made system truly fits, we will say so — it is cheaper.
Whose data and code is it?
Yours. Data on your server or hosting in Europe, accounts in your name, source code handed over. Change providers later — you take everything, nothing to buy back.
