Terms and conditions
How litcore.ai services are contracted and which conditions apply.
Last updated: 10 July 2026
This is an English summary. The legally binding version is the Spanish Términos y condiciones.
1. Provider
Full details are in the Legal notice. Provider: OLHA CHERKASHYNA (sole trader — autónoma), NIF Z4377364D. Contact: hola@litcore.ai.
2. Purpose
These terms govern the services offered by litcore.ai (AI process automation, assistants and bots, AI-assisted documents, software integration, web and app design, and related services). Browsing the site does not create an obligation to contract; contracts are formed as set out in clause 4.
3. Services
Service descriptions on the site are indicative. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set in an individual proposal/quote accepted by the client, which prevails over the general site content. Many AI services are provided under a setup + subscription model.
4. Contracting process
- Diagnosis and request via the form or contact channels.
- Proposal/quote with scope, price and conditions.
- Acceptance by the client (in written/electronic form) → contract formation.
- Delivery of the service and, where applicable, subscription/support.
5. Prices and payment
“From…” prices on the site are indicative until a firm quote. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes; the applicable VAT (IVA) is added. Payment terms and subscription periodicity are set in each proposal.
6. Client obligations
The client agrees to provide truthful information and the necessary access, to use the services in accordance with the law and these terms, and to reasonably cooperate for the proper delivery of the service.
7. Duration, renewal and cancellation
The duration of each service or subscription, the notice period for cancellation, the effects of termination, and the portability of data and deliverables are set out in the corresponding proposal.
8. Intellectual property
Ownership and/or licensing of deliverables (code, configurations, content) are defined in each proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, litcore.ai retains its know-how, tools and reusable components.
9. Warranties and liability
Services are provided with professional diligence. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages and loss of profit is excluded; limits and SLAs, if any, are set in the proposal. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
10. Personal data
Data processing is governed by the Privacy policy. Where litcore.ai processes personal data on the client's behalf (e.g. operating a bot or CRM), a data-processing agreement (GDPR art. 28) is signed.
11. Consumers and distance contracts
These terms are aimed primarily at businesses and sole traders (B2B), to whom the consumer regime does not apply. If the client is a consumer contracting at a distance, Spanish law RDL 1/2007 applies: mandatory pre-contractual information and a 14-day right of withdrawal (with the art. 103 exceptions, including services fully performed with your prior express consent and custom-made work). To withdraw, write to hola@litcore.ai.
12. Changes
litcore.ai may amend these terms; the version in force is published on the site and applies to subsequent contracts.
13. Governing law
Spanish law applies. For consumers, the mandatory forum of the consumer's domicile applies.
