Privacy policy
How we process your personal data, why, and what rights you have.

This is an English translation. The legally binding version is the Spanish Política de Privacidad.
1. Data controller

- Data Protection Officer: not appointed (the conditions of GDPR art. 37 / LOPDGDD art. 34 do not apply). To be reassessed if large-scale processing or special categories of data are ever involved.
2. Data we process
- Contact form: name, email (or the contact detail you provide) and the description of your process or enquiry. We collect the minimum necessary; please do not include sensitive data or data about third parties.
- Messaging (Telegram / WhatsApp / email): if you write to us through these channels, we process the conversation data in order to reply.
- Minimal technical data strictly needed to serve the site (see the Cookie policy). We currently use no analytics and no third-party cookies.
3. Purposes and legal basis (GDPR art. 6)

We do not use your form data for marketing without separate consent. We make no automated decisions with legal effects and no profiling based on the form.
4. Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if a contractual relationship arises, for its duration plus the statutory limitation periods (tax, commercial). If no relationship arises, we delete the data 12 months after the last contact.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We rely on providers acting as processors (GDPR art. 28, under contract):
- Hosting / CDN / security / form processing: Cloudflare, Inc. (see §6 — international transfer). The contact form is processed on Cloudflare infrastructure and delivered to the owner's mailbox.
- Messaging: Telegram / WhatsApp, if you choose those channels (governed by their own privacy policies).
6. International transfers
The site is served through Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). The United States has an adequacy decision of the European Commission for entities certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework — Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795 of 10 July 2023 (GDPR art. 45). Cloudflare is certified under that Framework; as an additional safeguard its terms include the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC, GDPR art. 46). If you use Telegram or WhatsApp, those services may involve transfers governed by their own safeguards.
7. Your rights (GDPR arts. 15–22)
You can exercise, free of charge, your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent where that is the basis (without retroactive effect). Write to hola@litcore.ai stating the right you exercise; we will reply within one month (extendable by two more for complex requests). We may ask you to verify your identity.
If you believe we have not handled your rights correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) — www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (GDPR art. 32): encryption in transit (HTTPS), data minimisation, form validation and anti-spam protection, and restricted access to information.

We may update this policy for legal or technical reasons; the current version will be published on this page.
